First-time customers will need to create a Clearpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. Your credit limit with Clearpay will vary depending on your individual circumstances. Credit limits may increase over time if you pay responsibly.
Your first instalment will be taken when your order is confirmed by the merchant (25% of the overall purchase price). Your order will then be shipped to you. The remaining 75% of the balance will be taken at 2-week intervals over 6 weeks. There are no interest charges if you pay on time.
You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, payments will be taken automatically from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.

Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay’s behalf.
