Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to The Nursery Store’s (“The Promoter”) Cybex i-Priam Travel System Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") and by entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The Prize Draw is organised and operated by thenurserystore.com ("The Promoter") with a registered address at Meadowbank House Tweedale Way, Chadderton, Oldham, England, OL9 8EH.
Eligibility
2.1. This prize draw is free to enter.
2.2. To be eligible, entrants must place an order between 00:01 on Tuesday 28th of January 2025 and 23:59 on Thursday 30th of January 2025.
2.3. All orders placed between 00:01 on Tuesday 28th of January 2025 and 23:59 on Thursday 30th of January 2025 will automatically be entered into the competition.
2.4. There is no minimum spend value.
2.5. Orders placed after 23:59 on Thursday 30th of January 2025 will be processed, but you will not be eligible for competition entry.
2.6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2.7. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Nursery Store may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
2.8. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
2.9. The Nursery Store reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
Winners and Prizes
The Cybex e-Priam Travel System prize package includes:

- Cybex Priam Lux Carrycot - Autumn Gold
- Aton S2 i-Size Car Seat - Autumn Gold
3.1. The draw will take place on Monday 10th February. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen. Entrants must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to The Nursery Store within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and The Nursery Store will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
3.2. The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to The Nursery Store.
3.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. An alternative colour will not be offered. The Nursery Store also reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Nursery Store’s control makes it necessary to do so.
3.4. The decision of The Nursery Store regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
3.5. For your security, please note that The Nursery Store will not ask competition winners for bank details to redeem prizes.
Data protection and publicity
4.1. The Nursery Store is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and The Nursery Store’s Security and Privacy Policy which is available here.
4.2. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by The Nursery Store or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
General
5.1. The Promoter has unlimited rights to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw, or any part of it, without prior notice, in the event of circumstances outside its control, which it considers necessary in its sole discretion.
5.2. The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
