Online4Baby changes its name to The Nursery Store.
In September of 2024, Online4Baby took the next step in its evolution and rebranded as The Nursery Store.
But why, and what does this mean for you?
As well as wanting to know the story behind the new name and look, we understand you’ll have some questions, especially if you have an item on pre-order, and outstanding order, or an ongoing query, so let’s answer them for you.
Why the name change?
Online4Baby was launched by sisters Christy Foster and Cheryl Blayds in 1987, and they still own and run the business today. After conducting some intensive market research, they realised that your needs, expectations and shopping habits had evolved significantly in the last few years.
It was clear that the business needed to be extensively modernised. That meant a new name, a new look, and a new approach,; while still retaining the trust and credibility the business had earned with families over the past four decades.
As well as changing our name to The Nursery Store, the website has been rebuilt from scratch and will be easier than ever to use, with more intuitive product categorisations.
What are we not changing?
You can continue to shop using your current login details, and there’s no change to your statutory rights. Cancellations, warranties and refunds also remain unaffected. If you follow us on our social media channels, again, you don’t need to do anything differently; just continue to enjoy the content as you always have done.

Ongoing query
Q: I have an ongoing query; will the rebrand delay me getting an answer?
A: No. Our team will continue to handle your inquiry under our new brand without any disruption to your case. All contact information and reference numbers will remain unchanged.
Returns
Q: I have an ongoing return; do I need to contact you about this again?
A: No, there will be no impact on your service. We’ll process your return as per the existing terms and conditions, and any information you have already provided will remain unaffected.
Deliveries
Q: I’m waiting for a delivery; will I still receive it?
A: Yes, all delivery services remain unaffected. Any new correspondence, such as tracking details, will be sent under the new The Nursery Store branding.
Pre-orders
Q: I’m waiting for a pre-order item; will I still receive it?
A: Yes. From your side of things, everything stays the same and you don’t need to do anything differently. Your item will be dispatched on the expected delivery date stated in your original confirmation email. However, the dispatch information email will now come from The Nursery Store instead of Online4Baby.
